The final stage of the construction process is the handover. Our role here is to oversee the successful completion of a project, including:

• Full management of the handover process, making sure
• that delivery meets the project brief and objectives

• Ensuring that all statutory legislation is complied with and that
• all certification, together with operation & maintenance manuals
• and health & safety files, is completed and checked

• Organising required training with Building Service Managers,
• end users and other necessary parties

• Management of snagging and defects following completion

• Structuring of maintenance programmes and any other
• aftercare requirements
